What Hey Decide does

Hey Decide keeps your tasks and suggests one to do next. Suggestions come from simple rules and, in Pro, from Laya, an AI model, and can be wrong. They’re just suggestions: you decide what to do. Don’t rely on it for anything where missing a task could cause harm, like medicine, legal deadlines or safety.

Your stuff

What you add stays yours. You let us, and Laya, our AI provider, process the masked text described in our Privacy page, only to sort and pick your tasks. We claim nothing else.

You’re responsible for your backups’ recovery code. Without it, we can’t restore an encrypted backup.

Pro and the free trial

Pro is a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play, and their terms apply to payment, renewal and refunds. It renews until you cancel in your store settings.

The free trial lasts 7 days, needs no card, and is limited to one per phone. During it, sorting is capped at 100 requests a day.

If sorting is unavailable, the app keeps working offline with simple rules.

Fair use

Please don’t misuse the app or our server: no overloading it, getting around limits or the trial, reverse engineering the server, or using it to build a competing service. We may suspend access that does.

Our part

We work to keep Hey Decide useful and running, but provide it “as is”. We can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and we may change or stop features.

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for more than you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

Apple and Google

These terms are with us, not Apple or Google. They aren’t responsible for the app or for supporting it. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms, and if the app fails to match any warranty, you can ask Apple to refund what you paid; beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligation.

Ending

You can stop any time: cancel Pro in your store settings and delete the app, or use Account → Delete account. We may end access if these terms are broken.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. For bigger changes we’ll tell you in the app first.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where you live, and you can bring any claim in your local courts.
